Makebook

Make print-ready, fold-ready, bind-ready pdfs

Downloading and Installation

Fortunately, being a shell script, makebook is pretty easy to download and install. We'll go over each task in turn.

The code for makebook can be found pretty directly on Codeberg:

If you know git and are so inclined, you can simply clone the repository. Otherwise, you can use the "Clone or download" button to download a zip archive.

Move the zip archive to the location where you'd like to install makebook; extract it, then run "make doc" and "make install".

That's it; you're now finished. Run makebook to your heart's content.
